Sanctuary Song beautifully weaves together dance and music into a compelling operatic performance. Inspired by the true story of an elderly elephant's journey to freedom in the Tennessee Sanctuary guided by her friend and keeper of 22 years. Sanctuary Song celebrates through words and music, the power of compassion, empathy and the unique communication between elephants and humans.

I had the plaseure of seeing Homeland on the opening night and was blown away by the performance and how stimulating it was. The music, light, documentary and the outstanding performance of Megan were so well balanced and well structured. The piece is reflective and thought provoking for new and old immigrants alike. I highly recommend it.
