The Parahumans
My Room Was White is a 55 minute multimedia movement theatre work for a solo actor, featuring live vocal and instrumental music and macro-videography projections.
Poetic imagery charts the surreal journey and initiation of an 'innocent victim' who finds himself enclosed in a cell-like room that begins to come alive. Mental images manifest as real objects that challenge the protaganist's grip on reality.
Dave Wilson - Writer & Director
Avi Phillips - Actor
Robert d'Ambrumenil & Joel Benson - Music/Sound Score
Dave Pijuan-Nomura - Macro-Videography
Pat Mohan - Costumes
Patrick Brennan - Lighting Designer
